Tragic Car Crash Claims Life of Barbara James Frazier in Florence, UK

FLORENCE, UK – In a devastating incident, Barbara James Frazier, a 68-year-old woman from Quinby, lost her life in a two-vehicle crash that occurred in front of the Goodwill store on Beltline Drive. Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken confirmed the identity of the deceased victim.

According to witness accounts and surveillance footage, a white Chevrolet truck was observed traveling at a high speed, crossing the center line of the road, and colliding with a gray Dodge SUV on the front driver’s side. The impact caused the Chevy truck to roll over, resulting in severe damage to the Dodge SUV.

Tragically, Barbara James Frazier was pronounced dead at the scene by Florence County Deputy Coroner D. Taylor. The driver of the Chevy truck sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

Further investigation revealed that the white Chevy truck was involved in another collision before the fatal crash occurred.

Due to the logistical and safety concerns at Mcleod, the police are withholding the identity of the driver of the white Chevy truck. However, it has been disclosed that the driver was under the influence of a narcotic at the time of the incident. Once released from the hospital, the driver will face charges of hit-and-run in connection with the first crash and felony driving under the influence resulting in a death for the second crash.
