29-Year-Old Man Arrested for Marrying and Assaulting Minor Girl

A shocking incident has come to light in Navi Mumbai, where a 29-year-old man has been charged by the police for allegedly marrying a 12-year-old girl, repeatedly subjecting her to sexual assault, and causing her to become pregnant. Both accused individuals appeared before a district court on Thursday, where they were remanded in judicial custody. The police’s suspicions were aroused when the suspects presented a fabricated story about finding an abandoned baby girl near a river and expressing a desire to adopt her.
