The recent fire is believed to have been caused by ongoing renovations meant to repair damages from the previous fire. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue reported that the installation of a new HVAC unit in a vacant apartment, which was previously affected by the February fire, was the cause of the fire. At 12:37 a.m., a baby girl weighing 4 pounds and 11 ounces was born at the Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center.
