Tragic Incident in Hirri Village: Man Arrested for Allegedly Killing Wife and Three Children
The incident occurred late on Monday night in Hirri village, located within the jurisdiction of Masturi police station. The accused, identified as Umendra Kewat, has been apprehended by the authorities, confirmed Bilaspur Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh.

According to initial reports, Kewat allegedly strangled his wife, as well as their two young daughters aged 4 and 5, along with their 2-year-old son. The motive behind these horrifying acts seems to be Kewat’s suspicion that his wife was involved in an extramarital affair, revealed Superintendent Singh.
