Needville Man Identified as Second Suspect in Beaumont Shooting

A resident of Needville has been identified as the second suspect believed to be involved in a tragic shooting incident that occurred in Beaumont, resulting in the loss of a life.

Larry Nathaniel Hagan, a 26-year-old individual, is currently wanted for murder. According to Beaumont police spokesperson Haley Morrow, Hagan’s bond has been set at $1 million.

The incident took place at approximately 10 p.m. on Friday at the Kris Food Mart, located at 3090 Gulf Ave. Two armed men entered the store and proceeded to rob the clerk at gunpoint. Unfortunately, during the course of the robbery, Sheikh Abir-Hossain, aged 34, was shot and killed by one of the suspects. The assailants fled the scene on foot, having stolen cigarettes, as previously stated by Morrow.

The first suspect, Keandre Robinson, aged 19, was apprehended in the 1600 block of Delaware Street merely three hours after the heinous crime had been committed. Robinson is currently being detained on an $800,000 bond for murder.
