Constable Ryan Gable’s Deputy Makes Arrest After Routine Traffic Stop
On the morning of 29th December 2023, a routine traffic stop conducted by one of Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit (CIU) deputies led to the arrest of a 19-year-old individual in Shenandoah on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

The incident occurred on Interstate 45 in the 19000 block when the deputy noticed an equipment violation on a black Volkswagen 4-door. The driver, identified as Brayden A. Buechel from Conroe, was promptly detained.
Upon further inspection of the vehicle, illegal substances and an unlawfully carried weapon were discovered, leading to the immediate arrest of Brayden A. Buechel. He was then transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail, while his vehicle was released to a family member present at the scene.
Identification and Charges
The arrested individual has been identified as Brayden Alan Buechel, a resident of 2301 Hollowbrook Lane in Conroe, Texas, with a zip code of 77384. The arresting officer belongs to the Montgomery County Constable, Precinct 3.
Brayden Alan Buechel has been charged with two offenses:
- Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon – A Class C misdemeanor, which carries a fine of up to $500.
- Possession of Marijuana (< 2oz) - A Class C misdemeanor, which also carries a fine of up to $500.
The arrest took place immediately after the discovery of these illicit items in the suspect’s possession.
