“54-Year-Old Sub-Inspector Killed on Duty in Noida: Driver Arrested”

The police have registered a case against the pick-up van driver under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 304 (punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 279 (rash driving) at the phase-1 police station.
