Arrest Made in Lincoln Fleeing Incident – 19-Year-Old in Custody
Lincoln, United Kingdom – The Lancaster County Fugitive Task Force successfully apprehended a 19-year-old male suspect on Tuesday, accused of evading a traffic stop that occurred in December.

Suspect Apprehended in Same Area as Incident
The suspect, identified as Braulio Blazio, was taken into custody in the vicinity of 19th and Knox Streets, the exact location where the incident had transpired. The arrest was carried out without any further complications.
Charges and Allegations Against the Suspect
Blazio faces a series of charges, including attempted commission of a Class 2 Felony, usage of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, resisting arrest with a deadly weapon, and operating a motor vehicle with the intention of evading arrest.
Details of the December Incident
On December 17, Blazio allegedly collided with a retaining wall and a parked vehicle in his Hyundai Azera while attempting to flee from law enforcement officers. According to the Lincoln Police Department (LPD), he then drove towards an officer who had exited their cruiser, leading the officer to discharge two shots. Fortunately, both bullets struck the car’s hood and not the suspect. Subsequently, the Hyundai collided with large landscaping rocks before making its escape.
Officer Involved in the Incident
Joseph Kernan, an LPD officer with one year of service, was identified as the officer involved in the incident. Further details regarding the officer’s actions and response have yet to be disclosed.
Abandoned Vehicle Recovered by Police
Later that evening, the Lincoln Police located the suspect’s vehicle unoccupied near 9th and Manatt Streets. The car, which had been used during the traffic stop incident, was recovered as part of the ongoing investigation.
