Trinidadian Dancehall Artist Kman 6ixx Passes Away, Cause of Death Revealed

In a tragic incident that took place in Woodbrook just after 11 p.m., a Toyota wagon came under gunfire near the intersection of Carlos Street and Ariapita Avenue. This unfortunate incident resulted in the loss of one life and left at least two individuals injured.

The deceased, identified as 28-year-old Kaveer Alvin Nandram, known popularly as DJ Global in the entertainment industry, was the driver of the vehicle. Among the injured individuals, one is believed to be Kman Sixx, an artist who gained recognition in the Trinidadian Dancehall scene.

Shards of broken glass from the targeted Toyota were discovered on Carlos Street, near Off The Avenue Food Court. The vehicle itself was found further down Carlos Street, across the avenue, after colliding with a parked car.

According to initial reports, the attackers fired at the car before it could pass the Avenue junction. The driver made a frantic attempt to escape but unfortunately crashed not far from the scene. The other passengers in the vehicle sustained gunshot wounds to their heads and were immediately rushed to the Port of Spain General Hospital.

Law enforcement officials cordoned off the murder scene along Ariapita Avenue, while detectives are reviewing CCTV footage from the intersection to reconstruct the timeline of events. The police are tirelessly working to gather information and ascertain the motive behind this tragic incident.
