Officers were met with a devastating sight as they discovered the lifeless bodies of four members of the Morgan family inside the residence.
According to a press release issued by the Clarkstown Police Department on Saturday, December 30, 2023, the victims have been identified as Watson Morgan, a 49-year-old sergeant with the Bronxville Police Department, his wife Ornela Morgan, aged 43, and their two sons, aged 10 and 12.
All four family members had tragically succumbed to gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary investigations indicate a harrowing scenario where Watson Morgan allegedly took the lives of his wife and two children before turning the firearm on himself, resulting in a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
