The suspect, identified as Spridal Hubiak, is a 20-year-old employee of Damon’s Beverage, located on Jefferson Street in Waterville. The Department of Public Safety has issued an arrest warrant for Hubiak, who is believed to have fled the state. Authorities have described Hubiak as driving a Black 2010 Ford Taurus with a Maine license plate number 4666ZR.

The victim, Angela Bragg, a 52-year-old resident of Waterville, was found dead inside Damon’s. The Department of Public Safety stated that her death was caused by a “sharp force injury,” and it has been ruled as a homicide following an autopsy conducted by the state medical examiner’s office on Friday.
