Colorado Bureau of Investigation Seeks Help Finding Missing Children in Sterling

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two missing children who were last seen on Wednesday, December 27, in Sterling. The authorities are concerned for their safety and well-being.

Last Known Location

The two children, Zuryah Thalacker, 4 years old, and Ansom Thalacker, 23 months old, were last seen at approximately 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Platte Street and King Court. They were believed to be traveling in a 2007 white Nissan Murano with a California license plate number 9ERA912. The vehicle is missing a rear bumper, which may help in identifying it.

Description of Suspect

The children were seen in the company of Justina Lambert, a 28-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes. The authorities are urging anyone with information about Lambert’s whereabouts or the children’s current location to come forward.

Zuryah Thalacker is a 4-year-old boy with blonde hair and hazel eyes. He stands at approximately 3 feet tall and weighs around 50 pounds. Ansom Thalacker is a 23-month-old boy with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 1 foot 6 inches tall and weighs about 30 pounds. While Ansom is considered a toddler, a baby photo has been provided to aid in identification.
