The Austin Police Department (APD) promptly dispatched officers to the South Shore apartment complex, where they discovered the body of 28-year-old Jorge Ordonez-Perez in the parking lot. Ordonez-Perez had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
