Former Cricketer Arrested for Allegedly Duping Luxury Hotels and Rishabh Pant

A 25-year-old ex-cricketer was apprehended by the Delhi Police on December 25th on charges of scamming numerous high-end hotels, including the prestigious Taj Palace, out of lakhs of rupees. It is worth mentioning that the accused, Mrinank Singh, also managed to deceive the prominent Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant, making off with a staggering sum of Rs 1.63 crore from him between 2020 and 2021.

The incident involving Singh’s fraudulent activities took place in July 2022, when he cunningly swindled the Taj Palace in Delhi out of a substantial amount of Rs 5.5 lakh.
