Accident – Death – Obituary News :

Nagpur: Tragedy struck on Wednesday morning when a 16-year-old boy lost his life in a fatal accident involving a school bus and a motorcycle. The incident occurred at Sindi (Rithi) on the Mohpa-Kaniadale road at around 9 am. According to the Saoner police, the deceased has been identified as Adesh Narendra Ghatole, while his classmate, Pranay Hanvate, sustained serious injuries.

Both Adesh and Pranay were residents of Pimpla (Kinkheda) and were students of Std XI at the Mohpa-based New English Junior College. On the day of the accident, the two boys were on their way to college when their motorcycle was struck by a speeding school bus with registration number MH-40/AT-0150.

The collision was so severe that Adesh lost his life instantly, while Pranay suffered severe injuries. The Saoner police were immediately informed about the incident, and they reached the spot to investigate. A case has been registered against the bus driver under sections 279, 338, and 304 (A) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Assistant Police Inspector Mangala Mekase is leading the investigation.

In another tragic incident, a three-year-old girl named Ashwini and her 30-year-old father, Kantiraj Rajpur, sustained serious injuries when a truck overturned and fell on their roadside hutment.

In Shahjahanpur city, a three-year-old child named Mohd Uzain met a tragic end when a man named Mohd Irfan, who was talking on the phone while driving, accidentally reversed his car and ran over the child. Passersby caught Irfan and handed him over to the police. The child’s father decided not to take any legal action against Irfan. In another incident, a six-year-old boy named Vansh Kumar was killed when their motorcycle was hit by a truck carrying paddy. The truck driver fled the scene.
