Joker Allegedly Shoots Man Multiple Times in Retaliation

On a fateful day, chaos erupted when a man, identified as Pison, was shot multiple times in an incident believed to be retaliation for previous events. The incident took place in a parking lot, leaving Pison gravely injured and in need of immediate medical attention.

They recalled seeing Joker and another individual fleeing the scene in a red Nissan Pathfinder immediately after the shooting. The investigators believe that the shooting of Pison may have been a retaliatory act connected to a friend’s earlier shooting in October and Joker’s recent breakup with a girlfriend, both incidents involving Pison, according to the affidavit.

Further progress was made in the investigation when officers were able to interview Pison at the hospital on December 4, with the assistance of a translator. Pison recounted the events leading up to the shooting, stating that he was outside near some vehicles when two men approached him. A conversation unfolded between them, during which Joker, one of the men, inquired about Pison’s name. When Pison revealed his identity, Joker reportedly pulled out a small, black handgun and began firing shots at him, as detailed in the affidavit.

Crucially, Pison positively identified Joker as the shooter when shown a series of photographs. The affidavit also revealed that Joker had previously been involved with Pison’s cousin romantically, indicating a potential motive for the alleged attack.
