Jaipur, December 27 – In a horrifying turn of events, a woman lost her life while her friend suffered severe injuries after a man allegedly ran them over with his car following a heated exchange outside a hotel in Jaipur’s Jawahar Circle area. The local police station’s station house officer, Dalbeer Singh, provided details about the incident, stating, “The tragic incident unfolded outside a hotel situated on Girdhar Marg in the Jawahar Circle police station area in Jaipur, between 5:30 am and 6 am on Tuesday. The assailant deliberately attempted to crush a young man and a girl with his car. As a result, the girl lost her life, while the young man sustained injuries.”

According to Singh, the accused, identified as Mangesh, had been present at the hotel with his girlfriend, enjoying drinks. A confrontation arose when Mangesh and his girlfriend began making inappropriate comments about the woman, Uma. Rajkumar, Uma’s friend, objected to their behavior, leading to a verbal altercation. However, matters quickly escalated.

After the heated exchange, Mangesh initially left the scene but later returned in his car. Without any regard for human life, he intentionally drove over Rajkumar and Uma, causing severe harm to both victims.
