The woman, identified as Kiran Devi, is in a critical condition and has been transferred to the trauma center of King George Medical University (KGMU) in Lucknow for specialized treatment. Meanwhile, her granddaughter, Aaradhya Singh, is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Sitapur.

According to the complainant mentioned in the FIR, he and his son, Prabhakar Singh, were present at their shop when they heard the sound of a gunshot. Upon rushing to the scene, they found the boy emerging from the house holding a firearm, while his wife and granddaughter lay in a pool of blood. Acting swiftly, he and his son transported the injured victims to the hospital, where his wife was later referred to KGMU Lucknow for further medical attention.

This distressing incident has left the community in shock and raises concerns over the accessibility and use of firearms, particularly by minors. The police are determined to apprehend the individual responsible for providing the firearm to the young boy, highlighting the need for stricter regulations and enforcement regarding the possession and distribution of weapons.
