Accident – Death – Obituary News : Panchkula/Chandigarh: Panchkula police apprehended a 24-year-old man identified as Shubham Kumar from Pinjore on Tuesday. The accused, a resident of Kaushambi district in Uttar Pradesh, was found in possession of 5.7kg of ganja. The arrest took place at the Nawanagar-Marranwala T-point. Shubham Kumar has been charged under Sections 20-61-85 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act at Pinjore police station.
