Fatal Shooting in Northwest D.C. Leaves One Dead

Washington, D.C. – A tragic incident unfolded on Christmas morning in the Northwest neighborhood of the city, as D.C. Police responded to a fatal shooting. The victim, identified as 32-year-old Torrell O’Neal Page, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The shooting occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Longfellow Street, according to authorities.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Mr. Page with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he could not be saved.

The Metropolitan Police Department has launched an investigation into the incident and is actively working to determine the identity of the suspect(s) and the motive behind the shooting.

In an effort to gather information and bring the perpetrator(s) to justice, the Metropolitan Police Department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for any individual who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s). Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact the police at 202-727-9099. Those who wish to remain anonymous can also text their tips to the dedicated tip line at 50411.
