One Person killed and Four Injured in Auto-Rickshaw Accident in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: A tragic accident occurred in Visakhapatnam when an auto-rickshaw collided with a stationary lorry near Maruti junction, resulting in one fatality and four injuries. The deceased has been identified as N Suramma, a 60-year-old woman. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of Gajuwaka police station. The victims were a group of individuals from Peda Gantyada locality who were returning from a pilgrimage in the auto-rickshaw.

The accident occurred when the auto-rickshaw driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the stationary lorry. The injured individuals were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The body of the deceased was sent for post-mortem examination. The local police have registered a case in connection with the accident.
