GLYNN COUNTY, Fla. – The Glynn County Police Department announced the arrest of a 13-year-old boy in connection with the murder of a 29-year-old man. The tragic incident took place in Glynn County, Florida, and the authorities have charged the young suspect with this heinous crime.

According to the Glynn County Police Department (GCPD), the shooting occurred at approximately 10:59 p.m. on Sunday. The incident unfolded on 114 Fairman Avenue, leaving the entire community shocked and devastated.

The victim, identified as De’Shon Harrison, suffered a gunshot wound to the pelvic area. Tragically, despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The GCPD revealed that the 13-year-old suspect fled the scene, but the K-9 Unit managed to locate and apprehend him later.

Shocked neighbors shared their accounts of the shooting incident, recounting the sudden influx of emergency vehicles and personnel. One resident, who witnessed the commotion, stated, “We were sitting out here and all of a sudden, we see one cop go by. And we’ve seen him stop down there, and we thought it was something down there, and then the next thing I know, we got cop cars, ambulances, and fire trucks, and they blocked off both ends of the street.”

Another resident expressed their concern, mentioning that the neighborhood is usually quiet. “It was kind of a worrisome thing, especially with seeing all the cops around,” they said.
