65-Year-Old Founding Member of The Dixie Chicks killed in Tragic Head-On Collision in El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A devastating head-on collision on Friday night, December 22, along U.S. Highway 62 in Hudspeth County has claimed the life of a 65-year-old woman from Fort Worth, identified as Laura Caroline Lynch. What makes this loss even more poignant is that Lynch was a founding member of the renowned country music group, The Dixie Chicks.
