Man Identified in North Little Rock Shooting Incident

North Little Rock authorities have released the identity of the man who was fatally shot outside a shopping center in Rose City. The victim has been identified as Eulius Williams, a 32-year-old resident of North Little Rock. Police discovered Williams’ body at approximately 11:41 p.m. on Wednesday, following a report from another man who claimed to have been robbed at gunpoint near the Rose City Shopping Center located at 4109 E. Broadway.

According to a police news release, officers were in the process of questioning a suspect, identified as 22-year-old Nathan Whitmore, regarding the armed robbery when they made the tragic discovery. Whitmore has since been arrested and is facing multiple charges including capital murder, attempted capital murder, aggravated robbery, third-degree escape, and resisting arrest.
