The incident took place on Wednesday, and the victim, identified as Roderick Butler, was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to authorities, the suspect managed to flee the scene by running through parking lots towards Maple Ave. The police have released security images that show a masked man wearing a hoodie and blue gloves. The suspect was also seen wearing a jacket with reflective yellow stripes on the back, arms, and shoulders.

Detectives are urging the public to come forward with any information that may lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect.
