The airport is hopeful about the introduction of new flights and is actively working to attract airlines. Despite setbacks, such as the failure of Flair Airlines’ direct flight to Tucson, the airport remains committed to providing a clean and enjoyable travel experience for passengers.

In other news, Chief Allan Adam of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation has called for a permanent road to Fort Chipewyan.
