Sources from the police department revealed that the alleged culprits responsible for this heinous crime have been identified as Luvpreet Singh Chahal and Jairit Singh, both residents of Muktsar. “The motive behind this gruesome act is still being investigated,” stated a police official. However, on Wednesday, as Sumit departed from his house in an SUV, Chahal and Jairit viciously attacked him and Ripanjit,” he added.

The senior superintendent of police (SSP) of Muktsar, Bhagirath Singh Meena, assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway to ensure justice is served. The authorities are leaving no stone unturned in their quest to uncover the truth and bring the perpetrators to justice.
