CLEVELAND — In a recent development, a 15-year-old male believed to be the shooter in the November 25th shooting incident at Public Square has surrendered himself to the Cleveland Division of Police on Wednesday. This information was confirmed in a press release jointly issued by the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor and Cleveland Division of Police.

The press release further emphasizes that the suspect is now in custody at the juvenile detention center. Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley expressed his gratitude to the public for providing tips and crucial information that led to the apprehension of the individual responsible for the shooting.
