Rockville City Police Release Photo of Gaithersburg Man Accused of Striking and Attempting to Kill Three People with SUV

ROCKVILLE, MD — Rockville City Police have released a photograph on Wednesday featuring the Gaithersburg man believed to be responsible for striking and attempting to kill three individuals with an SUV in Rockville last week.
