Nanaimo Man Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter in Port Place Mall Stabbing

A 38-year-old Nanaimo man, Sean Carl Patterson, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with a fatal stabbing incident that occurred at Port Place Mall in January. Originally charged with second-degree murder, Patterson entered his guilty plea during a brief court appearance held on Monday at the B.C. Supreme Court in Nanaimo.
