The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended a suspect following a tragic shooting incident that occurred on Orange Blossom Trail in February. Despite undergoing several hours of surgery, Lynch tragically succumbed to his injuries. Now, law enforcement officials have taken 29-year-old Ricky Harley Jr. into custody in connection with the shooting. Harley Jr. is facing charges of second-degree homicide.
