ELKHART, Ind. (WNDU) – A North Carolina man facing charges for allegedly shooting and killing two men outside an Elkhart sports bar last week has claimed he has no recollection of the incident. The accused, 22-year-old Christian Wall, reportedly told police that he didn’t remember shooting anyone.
