The victim has been identified as Jesse Kelly, a 42-year-old resident of Arizona. Despite being swiftly transported to a local hospital, Kelly succumbed to his injuries, leaving behind a grieving family and friends.

Following a preliminary investigation, traffic investigators have determined that Kelly was traveling north on Main Street when he lost control of his motorcycle while negotiating a curve.
