Woman Arrested for Alleged Break-in at Southern Illinois Home

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) – In a shocking incident, a woman has been accused of breaking into a residential property located in southern Illinois. The suspect, identified as Adeana S. Montgomery, has been cited for residential burglary.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place on December 6 around 6:18 p.m. Deputies promptly responded to a burglary in progress at a residence situated in the 3000 block of Illinois Route 166.

Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officials discovered a wheelbarrow containing various items belonging to the homeowner positioned at the front of the property. Additionally, they found the side-by-side vehicle parked on the north side of the house.

An intriguing twist came to light when the deputies noticed a woman lying face down beneath the front porch of the residence. The woman in question was later identified as Adeana S. Montgomery.
