League City Shooting: Man Shot in Head in Domestic Violence Incident

LEAGUE CITY, Texas — A man was critically injured on Saturday in a domestic violence incident that took place in League City, according to the local police department.

The suspect, identified as Irkan Notta, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following the shooting.

According to authorities, the victim was inside a Ram pickup truck when Notta, the ex-boyfriend of the victim’s current partner, opened fire. The bullet shattered the truck’s back windshield and struck the victim in the back of the head.
