Accident – Death – Obituary News : New Delhi [India], December 17 (ANI): In a shocking incident, the Delhi police have apprehended three individuals for allegedly coercing a 14-year-old girl into engaging in prostitution. The arrested culprits, identified as Irshad, Hasibul, and Sanjary, all hailing from Bihar, were taken into custody by the police.
The police received information about a sex racket operating in a residence in Sadar Bazar, prompting them to conduct a raid. During the operation, they successfully rescued the minor girl, who was found confined at a house in Katra Atma Ram of Sadar Bazar. The victim, originally from Bihar, had been forcefully kept at the specified address.

Investigations revealed that the purpose of her confinement was to subject her to prostitution. The accused individuals trafficked the girl from Bihar and kept her locked in a room where she was forced into prostitution. It was further revealed that the girl had been abducted from her native place approximately 5-6 months ago. Tragically, the victim is an orphan.
A case has been registered against the accused persons under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act. The charges include abduction, confinement, human trafficking, and forcing a minor into prostitution. The police have initiated counseling for the victim and are continuing their investigation into the matter.
