Man Arrested on Assault Charges Following Disturbance Call in Harris County, Texas
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – One individual is currently facing assault charges after law enforcement officials responded to a disturbance call in Harris County on Friday.
According to authorities, 32-year-old Kevin Robicheaux was taken into custody for assault of a peace officer.
The incident took place in the 7000 block of Foxvalley Drive, where deputies were dispatched in response to a disturbance.
Upon arrival, the suspect, later identified as Robicheaux, attempted to escape on foot.

After a brief foot pursuit, law enforcement officials successfully apprehended Robicheaux.
Court documents revealed that Robicheaux assaulted a peace officer by forcefully pulling the officer’s body, causing their head to collide with a metal staircase. As a result, the officer experienced pain and sustained visible injuries.
The incident unfolded in Harris County, Texas, when authorities received a report of a disturbance in the 7000 block of Foxvalley Drive. Responding promptly, deputies arrived at the scene to address the situation.
