Waterbury Man Dies in Tragic Single-Car Crash in New Haven County

A devastating incident occurred on Wednesday, December 13, around 8:50 p.m. in Waterbury, New Haven County, resulting in the untimely death of a local resident.

Lieutenant Ryan Bessette from the Waterbury Police Department revealed that the fatal crash took place at 215 Perkins Ave. The vehicle, driven by Fatmir Cazimovski, suddenly swerved off the road, careening into a nearby wooded area before finally coming to a halt.

Emergency services were quickly dispatched to the scene, and Cazimovski was promptly transported to a nearby hospital. However, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, he tragically succumbed to his injuries.
