PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 29-year-old woman has been taken into custody by the Porterville Police Department following a shooting incident that occurred nearly five months ago. The arrest brings closure to a case that has been under investigation for several months.

On the evening of July 17, law enforcement officers swiftly responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of North Westwood Street in Porterville.
