Man Fatally Shot in Northwest, D.C. Under Investigation by Metropolitan Police Department
WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is currently conducting an investigation into a tragic shooting incident that resulted in the death of a man in the Northwest neighborhood of Washington, D.C. on Tuesday.

According to the authorities, the incident occurred at approximately 6:54 p.m. when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 1400 block of Buchanan St., N.W. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from gunshot wounds. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Neil Clark, a 49-year-old individual with no fixed address. The MPD is urging anyone with relevant information to come forward and assist in the investigation. To encourage cooperation, a reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of those responsible for this heinous crime.
