The software engineer couple, parents of the deceased child, had taken him downstairs to ride his bicycle. Unfortunately, as they returned home, the lift doors closed before Aarav could exit with his bicycle. In a desperate search for his parents, he fell from the eighth-floor balcony and was found unconscious on the second-floor balcony. Tragically, Aarav was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, leaving his parents devastated.
