Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash in Fostoria Leaves One Dead and Another Hospitalized
FOSTORIA, Ohio — A tragic accident occurred in Fostoria on Tuesday night, resulting in the death of one person and hospitalization of another. The crash involved a pickup truck that lost control and collided into ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital on Van Buren Street, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper at the scene.

The driver of the pickup truck, identified as a male, was airlifted to a Toledo hospital for medical treatment. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown. Unfortunately, the passenger, identified as a female, did not survive the crash.
