Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash in Fostoria Leaves One Dead and Another Hospitalized

The crash involved a pickup truck that lost control and collided into ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital on Van Buren Street, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper at the scene.
