Authorities in South Los Angeles are urgently searching for a young mother and her two-week-old baby boy who disappeared on Sunday. Nevaeh Lorane Martinez, 13, and her son D’Angelo Hill were last seen on December 10th on the 1000 block of W. 100th Street at around noon, according to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department. The mother and son may be heading to the East L.A. area, deputies have stated.

Martinez is described as a Hispanic female, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 60 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, and she bears a cursive writing tattoo on her left cheek. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. Hill, on the other hand, is described as a Black and Hispanic male, measuring around 19 inches tall and weighing 10 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue onesie.

The family of the missing pair has not heard from them since their disappearance and is growing increasingly concerned for their well-being. They are urging the public to come forward with any information that could help locate them.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, Nevaeh Lorane Martinez and D’Angelo Hill are considered “critically missing,” a term that applies to individuals who meet specific criteria.
