Accident – death – Obituary News : Police Arrest Two Accused in Mauli Jagran Robbery Case
In a significant breakthrough, the police have apprehended two individuals in connection with a robbery that occurred near the Community Centre in Charan Singh Colony, Mauli Jagran. The incident took place two days ago, when two men attacked a man and forcefully snatched his cash, ATM card, and other valuable belongings.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Sohit, aged 19, and Rahul, aged 22. Both of them are residents of Rajiv Colony, Sector 17, Panchkula. The swift action taken by the police led to the recovery of the stolen items, which included a sum of ₹7,500 in cash, a PNB ATM card, the registration certificate of the victim’s motorcycle, a bag containing a weighing scale machine, and a knife.
The victim, identified as Chander Pal, was present near the Community Centre on December 10 at 1 pm when the unfortunate incident occurred. As a result of the attack, Pal sustained injuries and was immediately rushed to Manimajra Hospital for medical treatment.
Following the culprits’ arrest, the police successfully retrieved all the stolen items. The recovery of the victim’s motorcycle registration certificate and a bag containing a weighing scale machine highlights the significance of the police’s efforts in this case. Additionally, the police found a knife in possession of the accused, further solidifying their involvement in the crime.
A case has been registered against the accused under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act. It is worth mentioning that both individuals have a criminal history, with previous cases registered against them by the Haryana Police.
