Accident – death – Obituary News : CCTV footage has recently emerged, revealing the moments leading up to the arrest of Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathore, the accused murderers of Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. The video captures the two suspects walking at the Hisar Railway Station in Haryana on December 6, just a day after they fatally shot Gogamedi at his residence in Jaipur.

As per the available information, all three suspects, including their associate Udham Singh, had stayed at a hotel in Chandigarh using fake documents. They allegedly claimed to have returned from Manali and were en route to Haryana. The trio checked into the hotel at 7:40 pm, and after nearly an hour, they were apprehended on the spot through a joint operation conducted by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police and the Rajasthan Police. Additionally, the hotel owner, identified as Ravi Dogra, was also taken into custody.

Meanwhile, the Chandigarh Police are intensifying their investigation by scrutinizing liquor shops and hotels in the city in the hopes of finding more clues related to the accused individuals. Furthermore, on December 9, the Jaipur Police arrested Ramveer Singh, a resident of Mahendragarh, Haryana, in connection with Gogamedi’s murder.

During the ongoing investigation, it was discovered that Ramveer had played a facilitator role for Nitin Fauji, one of the assailants, as stated by the commissioner of Jaipur Police in an official statement. The commissioner further revealed that on November 9, Fauji and his associates had fired at the police of Mahendragarh Police Station Sadar and managed to escape. Following this incident, Fauji had sent his friend Ramveer to Jaipur on November 19.

During the interrogation, the police gathered crucial information from the accused individuals. They disclosed that they had planned Gogamedi’s murder a week prior to the incident. Naveen Singh Shekhawat, a local shopkeeper who was shot dead by Gogamedi’s security guards when the assailants opened fire on the Sena leader, was allegedly involved in the murder conspiracy, according to the suspects’ statements. Additionally, it was revealed that both shooters, Nitin and Rohit, had received Rs 50,000 each as payment for carrying out the murder. They had intended to travel to Goa after their stay in Chandigarh and subsequently seek refuge in certain areas of South India before attempting to flee to another country.

The investigation into this heinous crime continues, as authorities aim to uncover more details surrounding the motive and any potential accomplices involved. The arrests of Nitin Fauji, Rohit Rathore, and their associate Udham Singh have brought a sense of relief to the grieving family and supporters of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi.
