Tragic Shooting Claims the Life of 14-Year-Old Boy in Trotwood
December 8th, Trotwood – A devastating incident unfolded on Wednesday night when a 14-year-old boy, identified as Mi’King Taylor, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound in Trotwood, Montgomery County.

The Trotwood Police Department responded to an urgent call around 7:30 p.m. reporting a deceased person in the 100 block of Crown Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered young Taylor with a life-threatening gunshot injury. Despite their immediate efforts, he sadly succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office officially pronounced Taylor’s passing at 7:45 p.m.
