Accident – death – Obituary News : Hibbing, MN (KROC-AM News) – A tragic head-on collision between a car and a semi-truck claimed the life of a young man from northern Minnesota in the early hours of Saturday morning. The incident occurred on Highway 169 in Itasca County, just east of Calumet, approximately 15 miles southwest of Hibbing.
According to the State Patrol, the victim, identified as 20-year-old Levi Greenwood from Hibbing, was driving northbound on Highway 169 when his vehicle veered into the oncoming northbound lane and collided with the semi-truck. The collision proved fatal and was reported shortly after 4:30 AM.

The driver of the semi-truck, 51-year-old Christopher Jensen from Grand Rapids, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. He was promptly transported to a hospital in Grand Rapids for medical treatment.
