Accident – death – Obituary News :

KLANG: The identity of the woman whose lifeless body was discovered encased in cement in a bathroom of a house in Kampung Pendamar, Klang, has been revealed. According to Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan, the victim has been identified as an Indian national. The woman, who was in her thirties and stood at a height of 160cm, is believed to have been the girlfriend of the previous tenant of the house.

The investigation into the shocking murder case is currently underway, with authorities working closely with the Indian High Commission to gather further information about the victim. Comm Hussein expressed his commitment to contacting the victim’s family to provide them with the necessary support during this difficult time.

As the investigation progresses, it has been reported that the main suspect in the case is also an Indian national. The police have launched an international search for the two suspects, seeking assistance from the Indian High Commission and Indian police to track them down and bring them to justice.

So far, the police have interviewed ten witnesses as part of their investigation. Comm Hussein expressed the hope that with these new developments and the cooperation of all parties involved, the case will be resolved expeditiously.

In an effort to aid the investigation, the police have obtained a sketch of the victim based on witness statements. They are urging anyone who may have information about the victim or who may have known her to come forward and contact the nearest police station.

Prior to the discovery of the body, the police had already detained a 53-year-old foreign man and were actively searching for two other foreigners in connection with the case. The horrifying discovery was made on the night of December 3 by a foreign man who was carrying out repairs in the house.

Investigations have revealed that the house had been rented by two foreign men for a period of two years, from August 2019 until October last year. Before leasing the property to new tenants, the house owner had inspected the bathroom and noticed that the water tub was covered with cement. The previous tenant had claimed that the cement was covering liquid from a rat carcass that had seeped into the tub, providing a convenient excuse for the suspicious covering.

It was only last month when the house owner hired foreign workers to fix the roof that a shocking revelation was made. One of the workers informed the owner that a body was discovered in the water tub, sealed within the cement. The owner swiftly notified the police, leading to the recovery of the victim’s body once the cement was broken.

The investigation into this gruesome crime continues, as authorities work tirelessly to gather evidence and bring the perpetrators to justice. The shocking nature of this case has sent shockwaves through the community, and residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any information that may assist the ongoing investigation. The police remain dedicated and determined to uncover the truth and provide justice for the victim.
