Upon their arrival at the scene, law enforcement discovered a female victim inside the vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Tragically, the victim, identified as 22-year-old Stephanie Beatty from Norwich, Connecticut, was pronounced dead at the scene. An arrest warrant has been obtained for 29-year-old Gelson Fernandes from Brockton, charging him with murder.
