Accident – death – Obituary News : Scott Fisher, a 29-year-old man, has been taken into custody on Thursday and is now facing a homicide charge in relation to the tragic death of Kimberly Wong. The San Francisco tech worker was discovered lifeless in a residence last week. The San Francisco Police Department released a statement confirming Fisher’s arrest and subsequent booking into San Francisco County Jail.

Currently, there is no information available regarding Fisher’s plea or whether he has acquired legal representation. Jail records obtained by PEOPLE indicate that he is being held without bail.

The victim, who has been identified as 27-year-old Kimberly Wong by various sources including KPIX, KTVU, and SFGate, was found deceased by local law enforcement officers on November 30th. Authorities made the discovery after responding to a welfare check call at a residential building. Kimberly Wong was declared dead at the scene, though the specific cause of her death has not yet been disclosed by the police.

Kimberly Wong’s LinkedIn profile reveals that she held the position of a product designer at Plaid, a software development company in San Francisco. Prior to that, she worked as an intern at Splunk, another software development company. Wong graduated from the University of Washington in 2018, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in human-centered design and engineering. Her personal website described her as someone who enjoyed creating illustrations, cooking, and practicing yoga.
